If you are a business client and resell our products in your online shop, we will provide you with product photos to download.
We have adjusted the process for downloading the photos and will inform you about the changes on this FAQ page.

What has changed for the photo download?
Previously, we provided you with an access link. This enabled you to download the desired photos of all products and integrate them into your online shop. Going forward, the revision of the photo download results in the following changes:- Download site: In future, you can only access and download product photos via a customer account. The download via the access link will be discontinued.
- Selection of product photos: You can now only download photos of items that have been purchased from us in the past by your company or corporate group.
- Number of available photos: From now on, you can only obtain item photos deemed necessary for the sale. The aim is, among other things, to protect the personal rights of our employees who are depicted in the photos.
- Image size selection: You will continue to receive product photos in the highest possible resolution. But you now also have the option of downloading smaller image sizes, if required.
I don't have a customer account yet; how can I download product photos in future?
Create a customer account here. We recommend that you create the account for an e-mail address that is generally accessible in your company, for instance, [email protected] or [email protected]. This will give various team members access to the product photos at any time.Next, contact the supermagnete customer service
in writing or by phone.
