Screw-on metal plates & metal discs with a hole

Metal discs / small metal plates are great for use as counterparts to our magnets. They are available in a round or square design, with one or two countersunk holes. They can be easily screwed onto non-magnetic surfaces with a countersunk screw, allowing you to easily create a surface for magnets to adhere to. We also carry these surfaces for magnets as self-adhesive metal discs to be glued on instead of screwed on.

Combining screw-on metal discs with magnets

Metal discs with a hole are perfect counterparts for magnets. It allows you to attach magnets on many different surfaces where it would otherwise be impossible to do so. When combining neodymium magnets or ferrite magnets with surfaces for magnets such as metal discs or small metal plates, you don’t have to pay attention to the polarity of the magnets; both poles of a magnet will adhere to metal. When combining two magnets, on the other hand, the north pole of the first must be attached to the south pole of the second magnet because two like poles will repel each other.
